ONE STOP HATS - quality items, low prices, quick dispatch, great service..... I try to provide the level of service I would expect to receive. You can see from my feedback that most of the time I succeed but sadly there are always a few unreasonable people that take pleasure in sabotaging a sellers reputation.
I aim to answer all email within 1 working day (holiday periods/weekends excepted) and to dispatch all paid items within 2 working days of receipt of payment (holiday periods/weekends excepted). I do have a family and a full time job (shift work) so please be patient. I will always reply to your queries. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend as it is possible that I haven't received the original.
I will combine postage on any order where possible. Please request a combined invoice before paying. I will not knowingly overcharge on postage. I charge a small amount towards packaging and service, generally in the region of 35p per parcel.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, I will refund on any item returned to me in an unused condition, with tags attached (where sent with tags) within 14 days. Return postage is at the buyers expense, and I always recommend you use recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival of your item. Proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery so please ensure you either send by recorded or obtain proof of posting which you can use should your parcel go astray.
Due to a few unscrupulous buyers it has become necessary to have the following policies in place. I'm sorry to have to inflict this on the rest of the ebay community but I cannot afford the losses.
Combined orders over the value of £10 will be sent by recorded delivery at the buyers expense to ensure safe delivery.
Unfortunately parcels do go astray within the postal system.....regularly! My policy is not to refund until I have received the parcel back. No exceptions, sorry. This mirrors my responsibility to deliver the item to the buyer in the first place.
